Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer in construction.
• Commercial tenant improvement experience beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and design for commercial TI projects, ensuring specifications and regulations are met.
• Coordinate and oversee construction team and subcontractors, ensuring plan adherence.
• Review and approve project drawings and specifications; implement changes as needed.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment; ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Monitor project progress; meet milestones and address issues promptly.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders on project status and challenges.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure project success.
