Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, management, and execution of commercial TI projects.

• Review project specifications and contribute to schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in meetings.
• Contribute to issue resolution during construction.
• Assist in closeout and final project deliverables.
