Job summary

Plano Legacy Club 24 LLC is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to help mentor new and existing trainers and cover for the PTM when needed. You will lead onboarding, coach consultations, and help drive revenue through personal training packages.

The role requires strong leadership, social media engagement, and a commitment to safety and client results. Flexibility for early mornings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current fitness certification from ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, NFPT (NCCACertified).
• CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist PTM by onboarding new staff during first 30 days.
• Coach trainers on client consultations and scheduled activities.
• Fill trainer schedules with clients and maintain monthly business plans.
• Conduct session quality reviews and support PTM in policy understanding.
