Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with effectiveness in client consultations.
• CPR/AED certification required; knowledge of pregnancy and rehab guidance preferred.
• Professional, results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new PT staff and mentor existing trainers.
• Coach trainers on client consultations and booking efficiency.
• Assist PTM with scheduling, reporting and monthly business plans.
• Maintain active client engagement and promote PT packages.
