Qualifications

• Experienced Certified Personal Trainer with previous experience.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics for functional training.
• Ability to pass a Personal Training Strength and Conditioning Assessment.
• Detail- and results-oriented with strong professionalism and organization.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal communication skills.
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels.
• CPR/AED certification and social media presence.

Responsibilities

• Assist PTM by onboarding new personal training staff during the first 30 days.
• Help trainers develop knowledge of Peak/ABC and client consultations.
• Coach trainers on effective consultations and prospecting.
• Support scheduling, monthly business plans, and reporting.
• Conduct session quality reviews and ensure safety in activities.
• Assist with Trainerize orientation and social media duties.
• Fill trainer schedules with clients and help drive revenue through PT packages.
