Job summary

Club4Fitness in Slidell, LA is seeking an Assistant Personal Training Manager to mentor staff, cover for the PTM, and demonstrate full competency in trainer activities. You will help onboard new personal trainers, coach on client consultations, and assist in driving revenue through personal training packages.

Responsibilities include leading trainings, managing schedule flow, and promoting the brand across social media while supporting PTM in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with mentoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Ability to complete a Strength and Conditioning Assessment.
• Detail- and results-oriented with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Support PTM by onboarding new staff during the first 30 days.
• Coach trainers on client consultations and scheduling.
• Maintain trainer schedules and assist with revenue through packages.
• Lead staff through campaigns and social media promotions.
• Conduct session quality reviews and monthly reporting.
