Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Outlets Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, room service, and bar outlets at our Atlanta property. You will drive service excellence across breakfast, lunch and dinner periods, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth coordination with the Outlets Manager for daily operations.

Qualifications

• More than two years of post-high school education.
• Two years of full employment in a related position with HEI or other organization(s).
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, and budgeting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as directed.
• Direct day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff; motivate associates across outlets.
• Implement company programs and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
• Forecast, monitor, and report on outlet budgets to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to ensure quality experiences.
