Job summary

Margaritaville is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to drive successful operation of resort outlets and ensure high-quality food & beverage service. The role focuses on guest experience, budget achievement, and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include inventory control, scheduling, training, and collaboration with leadership to uphold standards. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading food & beverage teams of 20+ employees.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
• Strong guest service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food & beverage cost of goods and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure budgetary goals are met.
• Assist in ordering and receiving supplies; support director with strategy and policy.
• Create schedules and manage overtime.
• Perform basic HR functions including interviewing and coaching.
• Collaborate with Leads and Trainers to ensure effective new-hire training.
• Count and enter F&B inventories monthly.
• Move and lift up to 25 lbs and maintain professional appearance.
