Job summary

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead dining and beverage operations within a vibrant community setting. You will assist the F&B Manager and Executive Chef, supervise dining staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Degree or higher learning preferred; Servsafe and CPR certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead dining and beverage service with the F&B Manager and Executive Chef.
• Maintain resident contact and ensure high hospitality standards.
• Oversee staff through service types and manage budgets.
• Ensure safety and sanitation compliance and proper closing duties.
• Develop and promote a strong bar/beverage program aligned with Latitude Margaritaville Lifestyle.
• Hire and discipline dining staff as needed.
