AlexRenew is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily operations of our Water Resource Recovery Facility, pump stations, and related infrastructure in Alexandria, VA. You will coordinate staff, monitor performance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise operations teams, develop training plans, manage budgets, and work with multiple departments to maintain reliable service. A licensed operator or ability to obtain within a year is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in water or wastewater treatment or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in public wastewater utility or similar.
• Virginia Wastewater Works Operator Class 1 License required or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsabilidades

• Direct daily operation of the WRRF and associated infrastructure.
• Coordinate Operations Supervisors and staff, monitor performance and records.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety, support training and development.
