Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Location Associate to assist in day-to-day parking operations at an Aspen site. You will support client relations, supervise frontline staff, process deposits, prepare reports, and help ensure safe, courteous service for customers.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, up to six months parking experience preferred, valid driver’s license, and willingness to work various shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
• Availability to work 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly and listens; written communication: reads and interprets information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location within contractual guidelines.
• Foster client relations and maintain a professional image.
• Supervise frontline staff and process financial reports and deposits.
• Maintain knowledge of garage layouts, streets, landmarks and freeways in the area.
• Report accidents or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and general tasks as directed.
