Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Parking Operations Associate for the Aspen location. This role supports the day-to-day management of the site, upholding contractual guidelines and delivering professional client service.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling daily cash processes, preparing reports, and assisting with equipment maintenance. The position offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent
• Six months of parking experience preferred
• Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be required
• Valid driver’s license with current address and clean driving record
• Good oral and written communication; strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day parking location management within contractual guidelines
• Support in achieving client and customer satisfaction goals
• Help prepare month-end reports, audits of cashier shifts, and time cards
• Assist with maintenance of parking equipment and general site tasks
• Provide courteous customer service and answer questions from customers and clients
