SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking an entry-level location assistant in Manhattan, NY. You will help manage daily parking operations, assist customers, and support maintenance of equipment to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus minimal related experience or training.
• Clear spoken communication and responsiveness to questions.

• Sound and accurate judgment in everyday operations.
• Must hold and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of a location within contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties at assigned locations.
• Courteously assist customers and report incidents to the Facility Manager.
• Maintain and repair parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks as directed.
• Ensure knowledge of all garage areas and major local streets.
