Job summary

SP+ Corporation is seeking a location-based associate to manage daily parking operations, supervise frontline staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist in budgeting, audits, and reporting while maintaining service standards and safety guidelines across shifts. A valid driver’s license and prior customer-service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate required with minimal parking experience preferred.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients and customers.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the location within contract guidelines.
• Supervise frontline staff and prepare month-end reports.
• Ensure customer interactions are courteous and professional.
