The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in supervision, and a valid TWIC plus US driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operations experience required.
• 2+ years experience with computerized operating systems and MS Office or related technologies.
• 2+ years of management, leadership, and/or supervisory experience.
• Obtains and maintains a TWIC issued by DHS and a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and supervise terminal operations and staff for efficiency and safety.
• Determine daily labor needs and allocate labor cost-effectively.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and ensure compliance with safety programs.
• Collaborate with terminal departments to optimize equipment allocation.
• Ensure adherence to labor agreements and internal procedures.
• Travel to support other operations as needed.
