Position Overview:

The Assistant Operations Manager - Front Office oversees front office staff, cash control, staffing, and guest services. Responsibilities include staff training, development, and scheduling. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this role requires attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $64,350 – $70,000, commensurate with experience

Qualifications:
  1. Desire to satisfy others in a fast-paced environment
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  3. Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds
  4. 1–2 years of front office supervisory or management experience (preferred)
  5. Service-oriented with professional presentation skills
  6. Hospitality degree (asset)
  7. High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leadership, effective communication, customer service excellence, and ability to improve the bottom line
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  9. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  10. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
