The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is the second-in-command at the hotel. The AGM assists the General Manager in managing hotel operations according to brand standards and values, ensuring a friendly and professional environment. The AGM is responsible for monitoring social media reports and acts as the hotel leader in the absence of the GM, upholding the values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excitement at all times.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Reports directly to the General Manager and supervises all hotel staff in cooperation with the GM.
Primary Duties Include
Other duties include supporting various departments, leading new staff orientation, assisting with payroll and HR tasks, conducting property inspections, supporting sales and marketing, and ensuring compliance with corporate requests.
