Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch is seeking an energetic Assistant Operations Director with five years of Chick-fil-A leadership experience to join our leadership team. You will support daily restaurant operations and work with the Operations Director to uphold high standards of food quality and customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, process optimization, and the ability to drive results while developing teams and maintaining a positive work environment. Full-time with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Chick-fil-A operational leadership experience
• Open availability required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and cost control
• Excellent communication and collaboration
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; business/hospitality education is a plus
• POS systems proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Director in daily restaurant operations
• Lead and develop restaurant staff
• Recruit training and development for new team members
