Chick-fil-A Bohemia is seeking an Assistant Operations Director to work alongside the Operations Director and lead a team of 30+ team members in a fast-paced environment. This operational role focuses on people development, quality, and store performance while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will coach staff to Chick-fil-A standards, manage daily operations, and step in as shift leader when needed, contributing to a positive guest and team experience in a dynamic franchised setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a team of 30+ team members and coach them to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Build morale and lead the shift in the absence of the Operations Director.
• Oversee food quality and safety, inventory, labor hours, cleanliness, and facility maintenance.
• Direct customer service, food cost control, and the team’s actions to protect store reputation.
• Drive results through leadership development and daily operational excellence.
