This role acts as an ambassador of the brand and drives operational excellence with a passion for service, excellence, and people.

The position requires proven senior team leadership, exemplary training ability, and strong communication with team members and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have proven senior team leadership experience with results.
• Must meet all stated knowledge criteria for the role.
• Outstanding training capabilities and ability to train others.
• Strong verbal communication skills and proficiency with Slack.
• Ability to lead Team Leaders and Senior Team Leaders effectively.
• Demonstrates character, competency, and chemistry.
• Endorsed by Operator, GM, and most Directors.
• Fully available 24/6 as required by the business.
• Upholds the requirements of all job descriptions and coordinator roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Operations Director to set the gameplan for Senior Team Leads to execute.
• Pursue excellence in the Five Critical Success factors outlined in the role expectations.
• Follow the Director job description and leadership framework.
• Drive daily improvements; aim for desirable results through teamwork, persistence, and consistency.
• Be an advocate for Chick-fil-A's brand, maintain constant communication and evaluation of store systems.
