Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to lead a patient-focused team and drive Total Patient Experience (TPE) across daily operations in our Kentucky office. You will work closely with doctors, enforce policies, and coach staff to deliver excellent care and service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer-facing roles, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and a track record of positive leadership, supporting a compliant, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute Total Patient Experience (TPE).
• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors associated with the office.
• Enforce corporate policies and procedures.
• Motivate team members and communicate changes constructively.
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and improve flow and inventory.
• Coach office staff to success under the Office Manager guidance.
• Answer questions from team and patients when Office Manager is absent.
