Job summary

Wilson Bank & Trust in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring an Assistant Office Manager to support the Office Manager in daily bank office operations. You’ll greet customers, manage deposits, assist with online banking, and help drive sales and service goals while upholding compliance.

This role requires a High School diploma, at least one year in retail banking, supervisory experience preferred, and strong written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year retail banking experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard software.
• Ability to handle a heavy customer workflow with courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Office Manager with daily bank office operations.
• Maintain deposit operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as point of contact for team regarding deposits and procedures.
• Provide customer service and assist customers with online banking.
• Lead office sales and service efforts to meet performance goals.
• Coach team members and conduct performance appraisals as needed.
• Participate in training and community activities.
