Wilson Bank & Trust in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Community Banker I to be the face of the bank, greeting neighbors and building lasting relationships with customers. You'll handle teller and new accounts duties, learn products, and grow with the communities you serve.

You'll report to the Office Manager, support teammates, and participate in community events while upholding compliance and service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED; 1 year of retail banking experience preferred.
• Ability to serve customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teammates.
• Basic organization and time management skills.
• Knowledge of bank products, services, and policies.

Aufgaben

• Perform duties of Customer Service Representative and Personal Banker based on customer demand within a bank office.
• Receive deposits, process checks, disburse funds, and verify transaction accuracy.
• Guard against loss and identify fraudulent activity.
• Enter transactions in the bank's system and provide customer receipts.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain a clean, confidential work area.
• Promote online banking and mobile app usage.
• Refer new banking products to the appropriate partners and participate in training.
• Support community involvement and adhere to regulatory requirements.
