Job summary

Wilson Bank & Trust in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Community Banker I to serve customers in a friendly, consultative manner at our local branch. You will handle teller transactions, open and service accounts, and build lasting relationships with individuals and businesses in the community.

As the face of our legacy, you’ll apply product knowledge, protect customer information, and refer banking solutions to the appropriate partners. Training and growth are supported by our team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of retail banking experience preferred.
• Ability to serve customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and internal teammates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Service Representative and Personal Banker based on customer demand.
• Provide service and support to customers, receive deposits, process checks, disburse funds, verify transactions.
