Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted loan, deposit, and income goals for the bank office.
• Provide exceptional customer experience and lead the team to do the same.
• Develop and deepen customer relationships through outside calling and follow-up activities.
• Originate loans and manage a loan portfolio.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff; ensure compliance with regulations.
