Salary: $21 - $26 /hour

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Supervisor, reporting to the Manager, you will perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You will participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.

  • Provide superior patient service with compassion, adhering to policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure exceptional patient care
  • Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payments, and ensure collections
  • Supervise and reinforce daily tasks of the non-clinical team under the Manager’s guidance
  • Review data to evaluate practice impact
  • Oversee scheduling and appointment confirmations
  • Verify insurance payments, handle collections, deposits, and credit card processing
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse patients
  • Analytical thinking skills, leveraging data effectively
  • Organized and detail-oriented
