Job description

The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level, confidential support to senior IT leadership, including the SVP of Operations, CIO, CISO, and the IT VP of Applications. This role is fully remote and offers exposure to strategic operations, executive communication, and department-wide initiatives. Ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy professional with strong calendar management and organizational skills, this contract opportunity allows you to support influential leaders and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Salary and Work Hours

Salary: $29 - $30 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
Education: Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Business Support (50%)
    • Manage complex calendars, emails, and travel arrangements for senior IT leaders (domestic & international).
    • Prepare detailed travel agendas and expense reports (experience with Concur preferred).
    • Maintain internal organizational charts, IT contact lists, and files.
    • Order office supplies and assist with day-to-day operational support.
  2. Ad-Hoc & Event Support (20%)
    • Coordinate and support onsite/offsite team events, executive meetings, and special projects.
    • Assist in developing materials for quarterly RIM meetings and other key deliverables.
  3. Leadership & Team Engagement (15%)
    • Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives to foster a positive team culture.
    • Assist with programs that boost employee morale and inclusion.
  4. IT Onboarding (10%)
    • Manage onboarding logistics for new IT hires, including equipment orders and orientation support.
    • Serve as a go-to contact for new hires in their first weeks.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration (5%)
    • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders and support cross-departmental initiatives.
    • Build strong working relationships to ensure efficient project execution.
