Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a nurse leader to coordinate patient care, supervise staff, and oversee equipment and department statistics within our emergency services team.

The role includes staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluations, with an evening shift (11am-7pm) and full-time benefits. ER or critical care experience is preferred, focusing on patient-centered care and operational efficiency.

• Ensure staff productivity aligns with departmental objectives and conduct performance evaluations.

Role Overview: The position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and tracking departmental statistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff including hiring, training, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.

• Licenses & Certifications: RN license required.
