The Emergency Department Lead RN at Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic leads daily ED operations in a fast-paced Level I Trauma ED, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff support.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, coordinating care plans with the interprofessional team, promoting safety and evidence-based practices, and driving quality improvement and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; RN license required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 5+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and safety.
