The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of commercial property management experience and must be proficient in Yardi and Microsoft Office. This position offers a pay range of $45-50 per hour with hours from 8-5, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial property management, supporting multi-site portfolios.
• Knowledge of industrial and office properties.
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations for industrial and office properties.
• Support tenant relationships and resolve requests.
• Coordinate building maintenance and vendor services.
• Conduct regular property inspections.
