Hignell Inc. is seeking an Assistant Commercial Property Manager in California to support the Commercial Portfolio Manager with day-to-day property operations.

You will help manage finances, tenant relations, maintenance, and reporting while directing staff and ensuring compliance with leases and laws. Required are 2+ years in commercial property management, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.

Formación

• Two (2) or more years of demonstrated success in commercial property management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in achieving financial objectives, including rent collection and bill payments.
• Support property upkeep through tenant relations, inspections, and repairs planning.
• Coordinate/vendor communications and scheduling for maintenance services.
• Prepare periodic reports and correspondence for owners and investors.
• Contribute to procedures to improve workflow within company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with leases, laws, and company policies.
