You will oversee omnichannel initiatives, develop talent, and plan specialty events in Fine jewelry, Window & Mattress, and other departments while meeting performance standards and driving profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and mentor associates.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Execution – Owns in-stock levels through replenishment and maintains presentations standards.
• Customer Service and Sales – Coaches team to deliver outstanding service and engagement.
• Omnichannel – Supports omnichannel initiatives and training.
• Specialty Businesses – Drives growth in Fine jewelry, Window & Mattress and executes events.
• Team Development – Partners to source, hire, and develop hourly associates.
