Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or food service field desirable.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in management in a retail/restaurant/supermarket environment. Meat management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes excellent customer relations by instilling positive customer focused behavior with associates.
• Takes customer orders over the phone or in person at the store with a pleasant attitude and creates finished decorated products in timely fashion.
• Ensures fresh quality merchandise and proper product handling; help control damages and shrink; cut and trim product when needed.
• Assists Meat Manager in day-to-day functions of Meat operations, merchandising, ad execution, staff engagement and customer service; coordinates sales and merchandising plans.
• Oversees department inventories, monitors weekly sales, orders, and supplies; ensures proper stock levels and accuracy of logs.
