Torchy’s Tacos is seeking an Assistant Managing Partner to lead both BOH and FOH operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will uphold food quality, safety, cleanliness, hospitality, and community engagement while aligning with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead and develop diverse teams while upholding hospitality standards.
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations best practices.
• Required alcohol-server certification and Manager ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage BOH and FOH operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee food quality, portioning, and adherence to recipes.
• Lead shifts focusing on hospitality, speed, and safety.
• Support local store marketing and community engagement.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff and develop future leaders.
• Control food costs, labor, and inventory for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and regulatory requirements.
