Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store supervisor to lead and develop staff, drive sales, and maintain a positive environment for customers and employees. The role emphasizes interview/hire processes, coaching, and achieving performance metrics in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position requires supervisory experience, ability to motivate teams, and physical stamina for daily store duties. Competitive pay includes base plus commission and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 35 hours per week.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
