GPM Investments LLC in Arkansas is hiring an Assistant Manager to energize our high-traffic convenience store. You’ll support the Store Manager, oversee daily operations, and help deliver great customer service on every shift.

Open availability, weekends and holidays are required. You’ll coach a team, handle cash and deposits, manage schedules, and ensure fuel pumps and restrooms are clean. A Food Safety Certification is required or obtainable during employment.

Qualifications

• Dependable and driven with the ability to lead a team on busy shifts.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays is required.
• Must be able to obtain or already hold a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits and oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership to motivate your team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
