GPM Investments LLC in Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our busy convenience store energized on every shift. You’ll support the Store Manager, run the register, coach teammates, hire and train staff, and step in as acting manager when needed.

This role offers weekly pay, a monthly bonus potential, 401(k), PTO, health insurance, and opportunities to grow into store leadership. Open availability, reliable transportation, and a Food Safety Certification are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old or older.
• Food Safety Certification must have or be able to obtain.
• Open availability for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Proficient English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate the team to upsell and perform well.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing store team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage staff schedules for full coverage.
• Handle daily cash, deposits, and oversee store finances.
• Provide leadership to drive excellent customer service.
