Ambrosia QSR is seeking an Assistant Manager to support a single restaurant's operations. The role requires open availability, full-time schedule, and alignment with the General Manager's shifts. You will assist in development training and handle administrative tasks as requested.

The candidate should demonstrate strong coaching, workstation proficiency, and knowledge of shift control responsibilities to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Serv Safe training & certificate required.
• Prior experience with a POS system.
• 1–2 years hands-on food or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop team members and adhere to training plans.
• Coordinate pre-shift and safety meetings and drive guest service.
• Lead by example with a guest-first mindset and strong service.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and safety policies.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment free from harassment.
