Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations and lead by example in delivering outstanding guest service. The role involves working across departments, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards to ensure an exceptional cinema experience.

The position requires completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Follow General Manager's direction and decisions.
• Coach and train Team Members in their functions.
• Ensure guest service is superior across all departments.
• Assist in preparing administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards theatre-wide.
