Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates under supervision to deliver results.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
