You will assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing associates to hit financial goals, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and oversee staff to meet financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure smooth daily store operations and compliance with company standards.
• Participate in the store leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for success.
