You will assist in the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing of associates, and ensuring guest satisfaction while working toward financial goals. Training will prepare you for leadership responsibilities and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for store management responsibilities.
