Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado seeks a Ski & Ride School Supervisor for winter season 2026/2027. You will oversee daily instruction, curriculum development, scheduling, and staff support to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, PSIA/AASI certification, 1–3 years instructor experience and 1 year supervisory experience, with ability to work nights, holidays and weekends. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• PSIA/AASI or equivalent certification required.
• 1–3 years ski/snowboard instructor experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Ski & Ride School instruction, curriculum, and scheduling.
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, training, payroll, and inventory.
• Monitor instructor performance and provide feedback or escalation.
• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain safety programs and incident reporting.
