You will hire, train, and motivate a strong team, manage food and labor costs, and ensure health, safety, and wage compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.
• Ability to hire, train and motivate a high performance team.
• Knowledge of food safety.
• Open availability - weekends and some nights required, as well as on call.
• Cash handling skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office required.
• Possess (or willing to obtain) a ServSafe certificate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with local, state and federal regulations (health, hour and wage, age restrictions, ADA, OSHA).
• Enforce Firehouse Subs policies and procedures.
• Lead the restaurant team to deliver superior guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Ensure profitability by managing food cost, labor, utilities and sales growth.
• Staff and develop the restaurant Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
