Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Wisconsin (Town of Lodi) is seeking a Shift Leader to support store operations during scheduled shifts and act as the face of the restaurant. You will deploy team members, delegate tasks, and uphold daily systems with integrity.

The role offers both part-time and full-time options with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K after one year, and an opportunity to contribute to guest experience, quality, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shifts.
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in freezer/cooler with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F.

Responsibilities

• Reports to: General Manager.
• Oversee profitable shift operations while adhering to company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal health, hour and wage regulations and ADA.
• Enforce Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet guest service, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Assist GM with interviewing, hiring, training and discipline.
• Ensure all programs, reports and legal documents are completed on schedule.
• Communicate any issues to the GM/Owner.
• Able to stand up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
