Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Prime Storage operations in Centereach, NY. You will rent units, handle inquiries, manage payments, and uphold service standards across our self-storage facilities.

This role emphasizes customer interactions, upselling moving products, and maintaining property upkeep. Travel to multiple locations is required, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be technically savvy with the ability to learn new applications and Point of Sale systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Rent out self-storage units, parking spaces, and related products.
• Convert telephone and walk-in inquiries into rentals.
• Maintain accounts receivable through collections, posting payments, and processing.
• Deliver daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
• Upsell moving products and assist in unit sizing decisions.
• Greet customers promptly, enthusiastically and professionally.
• Understand and sell the features and benefits of the property at all opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance standards are met.
• Inspect the property, including performing lock checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
