Job summary

upEducators is hiring an Assistant Manager EdTech Sales to drive admissions for professional upskilling courses. The role is fully remote with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and offers a base salary up to 50,000 with unlimited incentives.

We seek energetic sales professionals with a strong track record and a background in EdTech or inside sales. Prior team handling will be preferred, and female candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate joining or short-notice availability.

About the Role

upEducators is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven sales professionals with a strong sales background. Candidates with prior team-handling experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective teachers and educators interested in professional upskilling courses.
• Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling, convincing skills, and timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

Courses

Advanced AI for Teachers, Cambridge Certifications (CICTL / CIDTL), Pre Primary courses like NTT, ECCE, Certified STEM Teacher, STEM Robotics, Google Certified Educator, Online Teaching, and other professional development courses.

What We Are Looking For
