Responsibilities

Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
Supervise salesfloor and stockroom, delivering excellent service and smooth operations.
Handle staffing and scheduling and payroll management.
Train and develop non-management staff.
Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
Design and maintain compelling visual displays.
Analyze reports to inform decisions.
Protect store assets and manage inventory control.
Operate POS systems and process OMNI Channel orders.
Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and uphold company values.
