Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend sales strategy, operations, creativity, and people leadership.

You will open and close the store, supervise the salesfloor and stockroom, and drive excellent customer service while modeling brand standards. You will recruit, train and develop team members, manage scheduling and payroll, analyze reports, maintain visual displays, and ensure accurate omni-channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
