Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. You will drive sales, oversee daily store operations, and lead recruiting, training, and development.

This role offers a path for growth from within the store’s leadership. You will supervise staff, manage payroll, maintain visual displays and inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
